These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Studify's website, applications, and services, including university sessions, school agendas, and Studify Academy courses (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate, complete information when you create an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Students under the age of 18 may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents are responsible for the accounts of children they add to Studify.
2. The Services
Studify connects students and parents with vetted tutors for university sessions, provides structured school agendas, and offers Studify-produced video courses through Studify Academy.
Tutors are independent providers who are reviewed and approved by Studify. Studify is not a party to the educational relationship between a tutor and a student beyond facilitating it through the Services. Features and availability may change over time.
3. Bookings, purchases and payments
Prices are displayed in US dollars and are payable through the payment methods we support. Booking a session, starting an agenda, or purchasing a course creates a binding order.
Access to a paid session, agenda, or course is granted once payment is successfully processed by our payment provider. You authorize us and our provider to charge the applicable amount for your order.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled within the cancellation window shown at the time of booking. Refund eligibility depends on the product and the timing of the cancellation.
Studify Academy course access and agenda terms are described at the point of purchase. Detailed cancellation and refund rules will be published here before launch.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, or infringing purpose, and not to disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Paid content, including Studify Academy courses, is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, record, or redistribute it.
6. Intellectual property
Studify and its licensors own all rights in the platform and in Studify Academy content. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights, only the limited right to use the Services as permitted.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
